The motel cannot guarantee late check-out if the room is booked for the next guest. They can, however, store the luggage safe after check-out time.
A cancellation fee equal to the first night's accommodation applies if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of arrival.
Guests are requested to notify www.Mostar-Travel.ba by email so long as it is confirmed by reply mail, or directly via telephone. Refunds will be provided minus any credit card service charge and the above mentioned applicable fees.
If guests do not show up at the hotel nor inform www.Mostar-Travel.ba about their cancellation, then no refunds will be provided.
